To cancel out the Glass Jaw and Slow learner everyone picks up at 61 . Most characters just have to step down from the field once this happens 40 years then you step aside for the next generation. If you have these 3 traits you can stay in the cockpit longer but again attribute loss might force the issue at 71 . I have found getting Elite or Starting elite is easy . Staying elite is hard. I have found that 70 percent of my XP ultimately is spent for the character not to lose ground Starting at 41 or before .
Other than the CO does anyone exert alot of effort for a character to live through 3 or 4 ERAs ?
