the Nova Formation states on pg 121 that "mounted attacks use the attacker movement modifier of the transport..." but not being allowed to shoot due to sprinting is not explicitly listed or described anywhere in the rules as a form of "attacker movement modifier". Are Transported units meant to be allowed to shoot when their transport sprints or is this ambiguity unintended?
