If you make a free imgur account, you can upload them there, resize to 450 x 450, and repost and it will be much easier for people to see your work!

With an Android phone, I just download them to my PC, resize them with MS Paint, then reload them back up (smaller) in to my Google Photos account.

You can also make them smaller in your post. Inside the image tag, you add width=XXX where XXX is the number of pixels wide you want the picture to be.
