1)Does fast/slow learner provide a +/- 10% xp cost as noted in the trait descriptions on pgs 117 & 125, or a +/- 20% cost as noted in the skill level cost chart on pg 85?

2)How do these skills stack with Tech Empathy/gremlin's cost modifiers?

3)In the example of lisa on pg 89 they say that slow learner is a -4 tp trait, but the chart and trait description say its -3, which is correct?  If the example is correct does this mean fast learner is also a 4 tp trait?

Hello.

1) +/- 20%, per AToW Patch #2010-1116 (Posted 16 November 2010).

2) The Tech Empathy/Gremlins effect stacks on the modified XP Costs shown in the table on p. 85.

3) The Slow Learner Trait is -3 TP.
