P. 43, terrain modifiers section.
After "if the target occupies wooded terrain"
Add “, the attacker occupies wooded terrain, or if the line of sight passes through intervening wooded terrain.”

P.46, physical attack example
"Knowing that the Target modifier for a DFA is 1 point higher than a charge attack"
change to
"Knowing that the Target modifier for a DFA is 2 points higher than a charge attack"

P.44, Attack Modifiers Table footnotes
change the footnote references 6-10 to be 5-9 instead. Also, change the footnote reference on ‘Is airborne Aerospace’ from 11 to 10.

P.46, physical attack example
Error: in regard to attacker damage from a DFA, the example reads, “If the Vindicator misses, it will suffer one point of damage for its trouble (0 because the vindicator size is less than three, + 1).”
Correction: “If the Vindicator misses, it will suffer three points of damage for its trouble (2 for its size + 1).” The DFA rule above this example states that a failed DFA results in damage to the attacker equal to the attackers size plus 1.

P.181 Altitude Bombing section
Delete redundant “There must be at least one POI per 2 inches along the path and a minimum of one bomb dropped at each POI.”

P.182 step 5, bombing
“if For every bomb attack that fails”
Change to:
"For every bomb attack that fails"

P.182 step 6, dropship attacks
“...while striking attacks by DropShips use the units rear weapon arc if the unit is a spheroid DropShip.”
Change to:
“...while Striking attacks by DropShips will use the front weapon arc if they are aerodyne DropShips or the rear weapon arc if they are spheroid DropShips.”

P.185 step 4
“(such as previous Crew Hit of Fire Control Hit...”
Change to:
“(such as previous Crew Hit or Fire Control Hit...”

P.188 CAP, SCAP, and MSL
“...though they make attack separate targets...”
Change to “...though they may attack separate targets...”

P.188 3rd paragraph
“They can engage air units, make strike attacks, or strafe with their Nose firing ark.”
Change to: “They can engage air units or strafe with their Nose ark, or they can make strike attacks with their Rear ark.”

P.41 indirect fire
“Note that aerospace units can spot for indirect fire while they are in the Central Zone, provided they have the Recon (RCN) special ability.”
Change to:
“Note that aerospace units can spot for indirect fire provided they have the Recon (RCN) special ability.”

pg 36.  Submersible Movement
"spending 1 inch of Move for every 1-inch increase"
change to
"spending 2 inches of Move for every 1-inch increase"

Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) Movement
"spending 1 inch of Move for every 1-inch increase"
change to
"spending 2 inches of Move for every 1-inch increase"

p39. Transporting Infantry Example.
"The Maxim has a Move of 16 inches. It spends 4 inches to mount both infantry platoons. The Maxim has 12 inches of Move left available. Lara moves the Maxim 8 inches straight ahead. She then spends 4 inches of additional Move to dismount both infantry platoons."
change to
"The infantry move first, saving at least 2 inches of their Move in order to mount the Maxim. After all the infantry have mounted, Lara then moves the Maxim up to its Move of 16 inches and then dismounts all the infantry."

"If the player would rather place his ’Mech in the water, he can move the ’Mech 3 inches to the water’s edge, spend 4 inches of Move for the elevation change into the water and then spend 3 inches of Move to push through 1.5 inches of water terrain."
change to
"If the player would rather place his ’Mech in the water, he can move the ’Mech 3 inches to the water’s edge, spend 2 inches of Move for the elevation change into the water and then spend 3 inches of Move to push through 1.5 inches of water terrain."

Pg 47.   Artillery Range and Damage Table.
add
Cruise Missile/50   ART-CM5   5   2"
Cruise Missile/70   ART-CM7   7/2   6"
Cruise Missile/90   ART-CM9   9/4   6"
Cruise Missile/120   ART-CM12 12/5   6"

Pg 138.  Artillery Emplacements, 5th Paragraph.
Change example to read:
For example, a player wishing to arm a CF 15 building with artillery weapons could select a weapon as powerful as a Cruise Missile/70, which can deliver a maximum 7 points of damage per standard-ammo attack. But the same building may not mount the next size up in artillery weapons—the Cruise Missile/90—because its
maximum damage value of 9 points exceeds half of the building’s CF.

Pg 151, 209
change "Artillery Attack Modifiers Table"
to "Off-Board Artillery Attack Modifiers Table"

p38, Maximum Jump Height
"A jumping unit can jump over any terrain that is lower in height than its jump Move rating, so a unit with 6 inches of jumping Move
may jump over any obstructions less than 6 inches tall."
change to
"A jumping unit can jump over any terrain up to half its jump Move rating (rounded down) plus it's starting elevation , so a unit with 6 inches of jumping Move, standing on a 2" high hill, can jump 5" high and may jump over a 2" tall building on top of a 3" high hill. "

p40, Line of Sight
add after last paragraph
"If terrain is occupied by the unit, the first 2" of that terrain extending away from the base of the unit is still considered the occupied terrain.  Occupied terrain more than 2" from the base of the unit becomes intervening terrain. For example, if a unit occupies a building, and is within 2" of the edge of the building, the building is occupied but not intervening so it does not block LOS.  If the same unit occupies a building, and line of sight is drawn through more than 2" of the building, then building is now intervening and blocks LOS.  For Woods, if the unit occupies the Woods, the first 2" away from the base of the unit does not count toward the 6" of Woods blocking LOS."

p74, Skidding
"-The unit ended its previous Movement Phase on pavement/ road/bridge terrain types (see p. 35), or on ice terrain (see p. 56).
-The unit is beginning its Movement Phase by travelling at least 1 inch on any one of those same terrain types."
replace with
"-The unit moves more than half it's Move rating on pavement/road/bridge terrain types (see p. 35), or on ice terrain (see p. 56), during a single Movement Phase. "

p118, Striker/Cavalry Lance Bonus Ability
add (round normal) after 75 percent of the units

p120, Pursuit Lance Bonus Ability
add (round normal) after 75 percent of the units

Airships, DropShips and Small Craft (p. 188)
Fourth paragraph: "A grounded Spheroid DropShip can make attacks the same as hovering in place."

This statement makes no sense and is conflict with the rule on p. 65 which states, "A grounded spheroid DropShip

P175, Multiple Attack Rolls
Before Multi-Tasker and Ground-Hugger, add:
"Damage Modifiers: A damage modifier from the attacker (a choice of the attacker, the use of a special ability or special pilot ability, etc) or from terrain or an environmental condition (being underwater, an attack from the rear, etc) is applied before determining the number of attack rolls. A unit with 3 damage, attacking from the rear arc, would roll four attack rolls.
A damage modifier from the target (armor special abilities, anti-missile system, etc) is applied after all attack rolls are resolved and the final damage determined. A unit with 3 damage and the SRM special ability attacking a target with AMS would roll three attack rolls.  If only one of them is successful, the AMS would reduce the damage by 1, except the minimum of 1 rule would still apply and the target would take 1 damage.
Lucky/Floats Like A Butterfly: Each point of Lucky or Floats Like a Butterfly rerolls the entire attack.
Marksman/Sharpshooter: The critical chance from these special abilities is only applicable on the first attack roll of each attack."
After Natural 12, add:
"Weapon Specialist: The Weapon Specialist may choose to reroll a single attack roll each turn. "

Add Multiple Attack Roll Example
"An AWS-9M Awesome (attack values: 4/4/3) executes an attack against an enemy Bushwaker at its medium range and is attacking the rear of the Bushwacker, giving the Awesome four attack rolls from its medium range damage value plus one for a rear attack. The Awesome has the Sharpshooter Special Pilot Ability (pXX) that causes a critical hit if the margin of success is three or more. The Bushwacker has taken five damage to its Armor in previous turns, leaving it with one Armor and three Structure remaining and has been customized with Reflective Armor (RFA special, see pXX).
Using Multiple Attack Rolls, the Awesome rolls 12, 8, 12, 7 and 3.  Four attack rolls succeed, and two of them succeed with a margin of 3 or greater.  Two of the attack rolls are natural 12s.  The Reflective Armor (RFA) special reduces the damage from all attacks by one. This results in the attack doing three damage to the Bushwacker, plus a single critical hit from the Sharpshooter Special Ability, and a single critical hit from the natural 12 rule.
The Bushwacker then applies the three damage, marking off one Armor and two Structure. The two Structure damage causes another single critical hit. It has one Structure remaining assuming it survives the critical hits."

p185, Example
change to
"Side A has two aerospace fighters, A1 and A2. Side B has two aerospace fighters, B1 and B2. All units are Skill 4.
Side B won Initiative for this turn.
Side A starts the Combat Phase as the Initiative loser. A1 makes an attack on B1.
Both A1 and B1 make Control Rolls. Both have a target number of the Skill rating 4, plus 2 for air-to-air combat, for a final target number of 6. A1 rolls 2D6 and succeeds with a 7 result. B1 rolls 2D6 and fails its Control Roll with a 5. Because A1 succeeded and B1 failed, A1 is now tailing B1. A1 receives a –2 target number modifier to its attacks for tailing B1.
A2 then makes an attack on B1. A2 rolls a 6, succeeding. B1 rolls an 11, which succeeds. A2 can attack B1, B1 can attack A2.
Now it is Side B’s turn for the Combat Phase.
B1 is being tailed by A1 from earlier engagement roll and cannot fire in its rear arc and so is unable to hit A1. B1 can attack A2, or make an air-to-ground attack instead if it prefers.
B2 makes an attack on A1. There was no previous engagement roll here, so the players make one now. B2 rolls a 7 and succeeds. A1 rolls an 8 and succeeds. B2 can attack A1 from the front with no modifiers from the engagement roll positioning."

The Dark Age era is listed as (3081+). As of IlClan and Hour of the Wolf, this should be revised to (3081-3150).

Page 110

The second paragraph on this page refers to the range of Availability Eras, "from the Age of War through the present Dark Age setting". As of 2021, should this be revised to "the present IlClan setting"? Or, since the coverage of the IlClan Era remains tentative in MUL terms, should the line read something like: "from the Age of War through the Dark Age, with coverage of the present IlClan setting in the process of being added"?

"If a transport is destroyed, any units it is transporting are destroyed as well."
replace with
"Transported Units and Combat: Transported units cannot be targeted by enemy units, their transport must be targeted instead. Area Effect attacks will not damage transported units. If a transport is destroyed, any units it is transporting are destroyed as well. Transported units cannot use any special abilities, for example ECM or C3, while being transported.
Mechanized Battle Armor (see p. 38) and External Cargo (see p. 163) have some exceptions. They still cannot be targeted separately, but attacks against its transport can damage the transported units instead. They are damaged by area effect attacks, and if their transport is destroyed, they are not destroyed but immediately dismounted or dropped."

It's time for a new reprint of AS:CE, which means time for new errata.  Preview version can be found in the first post as normal; anything posted after this will appear in later printings.

"Wait", you're saying, "didn't AS:CE just get reprinted a month ago?"  Yes it did.  Go Battletech, I guess. :)

So I've just been informed that there was a communication foul-up somewhere along the line and what I understood to be the 5th printing was just more information about the 4th printing.  I've updated the errata accordingly (mostly the version numbering) to reflect this.  Apologies for the confusion.

EDIT: just got some fresh errata so give it ten minutes before downloading while I update it again.

p35, before Aerospace Movement
Elevation and Units:
A unit with an elevation above the ground (from VTOL and WiGE movement for example) is considered to physically be at that distance above the play area for all purposes. These units are usually left represented on the “ground” level, but for all game purposes the miniature, including base, is considered to be the elevation’s inches above the ground. The miniature or other temporary stand-in, should be held at the elevation above the table to determine line of sight, base to base contact, or any other check on the unit’s location.

p46, Melee Physical Attacks
After “Melee physical attacks can only occur when the attacking unit is within 2 inches of its target and the target unit is also within the attacking unit’s firing arc (see Firing Arcs, p. 41).”
add
“If a unit is at a different elevation than the attacker, the difference in elevation is added to the distance. Thus, a ‘Mech on a hill at the edge of a 2” range of Melee and 1” above the attacker could not be attacked by a Melee physical attack.”

Suggest removing paragraph or changing to:
End Phase Heat Application: If a unit is Overheating (see p. 53), follow the steps for Cooling Down below. Deliberate Overheating is applied after the Cooling Down process.

ASCE v4.1 p52

End Phase Heat Application: With the exception of Deliberate

p32, Stacking
add a new paragraph after the first paragraph
"An entire unit's base must fit within any terrain restrictions. For example, if two enemy units are 1" from each other, an enemy unit may not move between them, as the 1 1/4" base will not fit between those two enemy units. This would break the stacking restrictions above.  If there is only 1" between two 3" high elevation changes, units cannot fit between the two at the ground level. This would break the movement rules for elevation changes and is prohibited terrain (see p34, Movement Cost Table for list of prohibited terrain for different unit types). Similarly, a unit must be legally able to cross all terrain its base occupies. A 'Mech can stand on a slope that is 2" high because 'Mechs can move across an elevation change of 2" per 2" traveled. A 'Mech cannot stand or move through where it's base occupies both a 0" elevation and a 3" elevation as a 3" elevation change is prohibited terrain for 'Mechs."

p39, Ground Unit Transport
Add after last sentence in this section
"A transport may not mount/embark and dismount/disembark units in the same turn. Once a transport has mounted/embarked units, it may not dismount/disembark any units that turn, and once a transport has dismounted/disembarked units, it may not mount/embark units. A unit may not mount/embark and dismount/disembark in the same turn either."

p46, Charge Attacks
“The charging unit’s damage is based on its weight and the distance it traveled in the Movement Phase. The damage from a successful charge is equal to the number of inches moved, multiplied by the charging unit’s Size value, and divided by 8—rounding all fractions normally. Thus, a Size 3 unit charging 6 inches to its target would deliver 2 points of damage on a successful attack (6 [inches] x 3 [Size] ÷ 8 = 2.25, rounded normally to 2).”
Change to
“The charging unit’s damage is equal to its Size plus half its Target Movement Modifier (rounded down). Thus, a Size 3 unit with TMM 3 would deal 4 damage with a successful charge.”

“Damage to Attacker: If the Charge attack is successful, the attacking unit also suffers 1 point of damage if its target is Size 3 or

So the two battle armor each move in to base to base contact (up to 4" of MV) with the Grendel and Hellion and then pay 2" of MV to mount the OmniMech. I am confused by this one.  Doesn't it directly contradict page 39, right column, under the heading TRANSPORTING INFANTRY, last sentence of the fifth paragraph, which states,

"It is, however, permissible to mount an infantry unit, move its transport, dismount the infantry, and make attacks with the infantry unit all in the same turn."

I've just added a new mini-errata release to the first post to catch some stray errata bits, since there likely won't be another printing for a while.  Let me know if you find any issues with it; I'll be adding it to the main website in a week or two.

On page 38 of the Commander's Edition v5, Battle Armor is described as "external cargo". However, they do not operate as external cargo does on page 163. I recommend noting that Battle Armor does not follow the rules for External Cargo. I already checked the Errata 5.1 and these are not corrected:

Mechanized Battle Armor, 1st Paragraph:
"This allows the battle armor to be transported as a kind of
external cargo."

Change to:
"Although battle armor is a form of external cargo, it does not follow the rules for external cargo (see External Cargo p163)."

Further, on page 38, it states that battle armor can be struck "accidentally (see Applying Damage p49)." However, the rule in question is on page 48 under Mechanized Battle Armor.

Mechanized Battle Armor, 2nd Paragraph:
"Even though mechanized battle armor mounts up externally
on an Omni unit, battle armor units may not attack or be directly
attacked while mounted in this fashion—but they can be struck
accidentally (see Applying Damage, p. 49)."

Change to:
"Even though mechanized battle armor mounts up externally
on an Omni unit, battle armor units may not attack or be directly
attacked while mounted in this fashion—but they can be struck
accidentally (see Mechanized Battle Armor, p. 48)."

p52, add new sidebar
Multiple Modifiers
When multiple cumulative effects apply to the same value, the general rule is they are applied in the order that they are received.
Temporary effects are an exception to the general order of applying effects. Temporary effects are effects that modify a unit’s value but can then be removed during gameplay.  These include effects from heat (see p. 52), morale effects from the Animal Mimicry, Antagonizer, or Demoralizer special pilot abilities (see pp. 92-93), and any effects that apply for a specific attack, such as reductions from a target’s defensive special abilities like Anti-Missile System (see p. 76) or Ballistic-Reinforced Armor (see p. 83). Temporary effects are always applied last, after permanent effects, regardless of the order they were received.   Temporary effects often have a marker (marking the unit’s current place on the heat scale, or a token placed on the unit for being intimidated) to denote the temporary effect, that is removed when the effect ends.
If two or more effects are applied to the same value at the same time, such as two defensive special abilities from a target unit being applied to an attack, apply any multiplying or dividing effects first, followed by any adding or subtracting effects. This only applies if the effects are applied at exactly the same time. If two units attack the same target, and both cause damage effects on the same value, they are applied in the order the attacks were resolved. The attacks are distinct and resolved in order. If an attacker has an option that modifies their attack value, and the target has an ability that modifies the attack value, the attacker option was made before the attack was applied to the target and is thus applied in that order. Temporary effects are always applied at the same time as all other temporary effects.
<<begin example text>>
Order Received Example
A unit suffers a critical hit to movement in turn 1, then the unit overheats in turn 2.  The movement critical hit was applied to MV at the end of turn 1, then the heat modifies it again at the end of turn 2.  They are applied in that order. If a unit is attacked twice in the same turn, and both attacks cause an MP hit that reduces the MV value, they are applied in the order the attacks are resolved. The first attack applies its effect on the target’s MV value, then the second attack applies its effect.
Temporary Effects Example
A unit with MV 10” on the unit card overheats by one heat in turn 1.  In the End Phase of turn 1 it will have -2” to MV from the first spot on the heat scale. It now has 8” MV. In turn 2, it then suffers an MP critical hit, that reduces its MV by half. The MP critical hit is a permanent effect, while heat is a temporary effect. So, the player first reduces the MV 10” by half for the permanent MP critical hit, to MV 5”. Then, the heat is applied to reduce the MV to 3”. In turn 3, after not making a weapons attack, the unit moves to 0 on the heat scale in the End Phase, restoring its MV to 5” for turn 4.
<<end example text>>

p78, Jump Jets
Add:
Any effect that reduces TMM By 50% will lower the JMPS# by 1, to a minimum of JMPS0.

p79, Submersible
An effect that reduces TMM by 50% will lower the SUBS# by 1, to a minimum of SUBS0.

“On a successful DFA attack, the attacking unit delivers damage to its target equal to its Charge damage +1 (see Charge Attacks, left).”
Change to
“On a successful DFA attack, the attacking unit delivers damage to its target equal to its Charge damage +1 (see Charge Attacks, left). Add an additional +1 to DFA damage if the unit has strong jump jets (JMPS) special at 2+, and -1 to DFA damage if the unit has weak jump jets (JMPW) special at 2+.”
p46, Charge/DFA example
Replace example with:
“Brian is debating whether his PNT-9R Panther light ’Mech (Size 1, with a Move of 10”/16”j and TMM of 2) will Charge or DFA an enemy CES-3R Caesar (a heavy Size 3 ’Mech).
If the Panther charges, Brian calculates that it will deliver 2 points of damage (Size of 1 + half its TMM of 2 rounded down to 1) on a successful attack and will suffer 2 points of damage (half its TMM of 2 rounded down to 1, plus 1 as the Caesar is Size 3 or higher).
If the Panther attempts a DFA instead, this will add 1 to the charge damage for 3 damage from a DFA.  It will suffer 1 damage (the Panther’s Size value) if it hits. If the Panther misses, it will suffer 2 points of damage for its trouble (1 for its Size, + 1 for failed DFA).
Knowing that the Target Number modifier for a DFA is 2 points higher than a charge attack from the jumping movement attacker modifier but will have an increased defense from the higher jump TMM and the jumping target modifier, Brian must now choose between a DFA that will inflict more damage or the less damaging—but easier to pull off—charge.”

ASCE 5th Printing
P. 84

Quote
CRITICAL-RESISTANT (CR)
A unit with this special ability features special armor or other protective features that reduces the chance and severity of a critical hit (including damage to structure, damage effects from armor-penetrating weapons, and hull breaches while in vacuum or underwater) . Any time an attack on this unit prompts a roll on its Critical Hits Table, apply a –2 modifier to the Critical Hit roll . Modified critical results of 1 or less are treated as No Critical Hit results .

The rule as written works as intended for crit rolls vs Exceptionally Large Units and Protomechs. However, it has unintended interactions with the Mech and Combat Vehicle Critical Hit charts.

Versus Mechs it decreases the likelihood of rolling a critical by 8.3% while increasing the odds of ammo explosions by 300%, increasing the overall likelihood of catastrophic critical and/or extra damage by 50%. Versus Combat Vehicles it both increases the likelihood of critical damage by 8.3%, and increases the likelihood of ammo explosion. Thus having the opposite effect of its intended purpose.

Possible solution - simply ignore critical rolls of 11-12. Ensuring that the likelihood of critical damage is reduced by 8.3% while also reducing the likelihood of catastrophic damage by 50%.

Line of Sight, 4th para
The entire para should read:

"Infantry units occupying a building may ignore the building as blocking LOS, as long as their target may draw LOS to the occupied building."

However, the 6th printing only replaced the first sentence of that para with the sentence above, and left the rest of the para intact.  Everything from "Occupied terrain more than 2” from the base of the unit..." should be deleted.

There appears to be a change to the books that wasn't recorded in errata.

I have version 1 or 2 (2019, Thunderbolt cover), and this was compared to a later version with the trebuchet cover.

Page 120 in my version, Force Building section, Command Lance.

The 'Bonus Ability' section: in my book, it states: "Prior to the beginning of play, half of the non-commander units in this formation (round up)..."
In the other book, it states: "Prior to the beginning of play, half of the units in this formation (round up)..."

I didn't see any mention in latest errata (v6.01) or the previous one (v5.1) that I have on file.

Woods - Prohibited Movement Type/Unit Type

It lists "g, n, r, s, v, w movement types4"

I don't think "r" is a unit movement code (see p. 35, Unit Movement Type Table.  No "r" is listed.)

I think this was intended to be an "h," for hover.  (See p. 35, under Hover Movement, "Hover units typically cannot enter woods features")

If I am correct, then the fix would be to change the table entry on p. 34 to "g, n, h, s, v, w movement types4"

P. 72, second column, paragraph 5 (starting with "For Example...")
Issue: The example for building weights on page 72 doesn't match the current buildings table as seen on page 73. The example seems to have been written for the older, pre-errata version of the rules where medium buildings could only hold up to a weight factor of 2. According to the table on page 73, a medium building can now hold up to a weight of 4 (so 4 lights, 2 mediums, 1 assault, 2 lights and a medium, or 1 light and a heavy can exist on a medium building).
Suggested Solution: Change the references to the Medium building in the paragraph to Light.

Is it possible to please also include some explicit mention of the TAG attack on pg. 90 being able to ignore the requirement that a spotter not have fired yet.....including the case mentioned by nckestrel in the rules discussion thread where the spotter can still spot for Indirect Fire if TAG misses, despite having already attacked?

Thanks.

AS:CE Corrected 6th Printing, Print Edition, 6.0.2 errata

Line of Sight (p. 41)
6.0.2 Under “Indirect Fire”, second sentence:
Quote
To use indirect fire, there must be a unit friendly to the attacker, that has not yet made an attack this turn, with valid LOS and within 42” of the target

This wording causes units designated as spotters for a target to not be allowed to be used as a spotter for units that attack after the spotter. The spotter has already made an attack this turn and is not valid to be selected as a spotter even though a spotter can spot for multiple IF attackers against a single target.

Change to:
To use indirect fire, there must be a unit friendly to the attacker, that has not yet made an attack this turn or that has already been designated as a spotter for the target, with valid LOS and within 42” of the target

Minor point update to correct a single incorrect entry for Available Drop Options on page 160 (the errata missed a change that had been implemented in the 6th printing).

Clarification/reorganization: ASCE 6th printing page 149 states that:

Quote
NARC
The benefits of attacking a NARC-tagged unit cannot be
combined with the use of any alternate LRM/SRM munitions.

However, this is buried under the LRM/SRM alternate ammunition and easily overlooked. There should be a reference to this rule under the iNARC, SNARC, and CNARC ability. Such as:

Quote
If using alternate munitions, see the rule for NARC on page 149.

Or add the text from p149 to the iNARC, SNARC, and CNARC ability.

 * VERSION: 6.03, PDF

    * LOCATION: 3 locations: table of contents, index, and Pg 154

    * THE ERROR: Artillery Flak rules seem to be outright missing, despite being in both the index and the TOC.

    * THE CORRECTION: Include Artillery Flak rules.

[NCKestrel]: Developer Note. Remove Artillery Flak from ToC and index.  The rules on p154 were removed intentionally.

p86, Improved NARC Missile Beacon
replace first paragraph with (matches changes to NARC)
"A unit with the INARC# special ability may make an extra weapon attack using its iNarc missile beacon device. A unit hit by an iNarc beacon will not suffer damage from the iNarc itself, but will suffer 1 additional point of damage from any indirect fire attack or special weapon attack using the IF, LRM or SRM special abilities, or any standard weapons attack from a unit with the IF, LRM or SRM special abilities, for the rest of the game—unless the unit is within a friendly ECM bubble. The iNarc beacon launcher can reach targets up to Medium range. Unlike most effects, iNARC takes place immediately and can be used by other attacks in the same turn."
