Davion Heavy Guards Clan Battle Armor deployment squad size

Hi,

I've meant to ask this for ages - in Field Manual : Federated Suns - page 77 it mentions that the Heavy Guards recovered a few dozen Clan Elemental suits / snip / assigning them to the Second Necedah Jump regiment.

My question(s) are : Are they deployed in 4 man inner sphere squads rather than the clan style points ?, and with the Elemental BA being used by Inner Sphere troopers would they have any 'in-game' modifiers in play ? (from fluff descriptions these Elemental BA Suits are designed for larger bodies than the average inner sphere trooper).
