Re-reading Forever Faithful with an eye towards data-mining for Sarna, I find that final chapter preceding the Epilogue raises some questions.

When Precentor Albany Clarke lands on Wayside V she is absolutely sure that it is a Wolverine colony, and she's also sure that she can easily recruit them to fight against their common enemy, the Clans. That does of course indicate some WoB knowledge about the Wolverines that we previously couldn't be sure the WoB even had.
The WoB found the colony through HPG parts being sold in the deep periphery that weren't of WoB manufacture. But she never even considers secular ComStar or a Clan other than specifically the Wolverines as the possible source - why?

However, when encountering Paul Moon for the first time she recognizes him as an Elemental and takes this as confirmation of her theory that the Wayside V colonists are Clan and must therefore be Wolverines. Which doesn't make sense, as Elementals didn't exist yet when the Wolverine Annihilation occurred.

Maybe there was some reference to the Elemental project from another source? Something along the lines of "We're hearing rumors of a new Horses project..."
Be the Loremaster:

Battletech transport rules take a very feline approach to moving troops in a combat zone: If they fits, they ships.

You bought the box set and are ready to expand your BT experience. Now what? (Thanks Sartis!)

Harmony Gold no longer has any say in our decisions, however, the original mechs have been redesigned enough to not cause problems.

It wouldn't be impossible for a Wobbie to be ignorant of the details of Clan history like that, particularly off the cuff.

This.  Especially since Forever Faithful and Betrayal of Ideals are written by the same man, I assume the *author* knows this, even if the *character* doesn't. :D
