Strange kitbashing question
« on: 04 April 2018, 20:05:03 »
Hey all.  I need some crowd-sourced help.  It's a bit weird.

I'm looking to do a kitbash/sculpt of a fig (non-BT N-scale) that I've been looking at some Dark Age plastics to scavenge for parts.

I need legs that are approximately 47 mm from sole to top of the hip/thigh, and of a particular shape.  I narrowed that shape down to these three figs:

Shrike
Gyrfalcon
Erie

Does anyone have any of these figs on hand, and would be willing to measure their legs for me?

My eternal gratitude in advance to anyone that can help!

(I'd alternately use one of the IWM sculpts for this, but I'm 90% sure those are all too small.)

The Shrike legs are 41mm, while the Gyrfalcon (also used on the Jade Hawk) is 38mm. The IWM sculpts' legs are shorter by 8-10mm.
