A WiGE may use either Jump MP or normal movement MP in a turn, never both.
If a WiGE uses Jump MP, the starting elevation level for the jump is considered to be the WiGE's current elevation (I.E. a WiGE with 5 Jump that starts the turn at Elevation 2 may cross a level 7 obstacle).
At the end of the Jump, the WiGE is considered to have landed, and must spend 5 MP the next turn to take off again.
