In Destiny, A mech needs 3 movement points to move from Long range to medium and vice versa, mechs with 2 movement such as an Archer or Hunchback can never move between these brackets? Is the only way for a 2 movement mech to move brackets using a plot point, or agree with the opfor to move closer or further apart?
