Clan "Surnames" that are not bloodnames
« on: 19 September 2019, 08:58:50 »
I've seen several clan warriors with their "surname" being their Clan name; for example Jaime Wolf, Andre Blood Spirit, Elson Nova Cat, and more.

All the examples are from freeborn warriors. Can we consider this a rule?
I mean, trueborn warriors that are made abtakha still keep a house, so they might be caller Carl of House Church, while freeborns will always add the clan that adopted them as warriors (or if they are made abthakha the clan that made them) as an honorific surname (of course without the value the bloodname has in the clans).
