Manei Domini - final evolution?

For the Manei Domini, what did they finally want to evolve to?

Separating of body and soul? Giving a robotic body a human conscience?
So maybe being cabable of transferring this conscience to various hardware?

Dead. The goal was extinction in battle alongside the Clans (all of the Clans). Whatever tools took them there were fair game. The Domini were monsters, and they knew any new order they fought for didn't include them in the final analysis. It was never about transcending the human condition for them.

So sacrificers of their life due a noble cause, eh? Being only tools and then after winning getting annihilated because the job is done?
