Title: Challenge for folks - Rattler mobile SDS base's smaller cousin.

After seeing this thing I was thinking that this is like an iteration of the Rattler mobile fortress.

So could something like that be statted? Weapons would be Sub-capital lasers or ACs with some large missiles in there too with other weapons hidden behind retracting panels. Probably not as hugely armed as the Rattler but still not something you'd run up to and slap with a fish.
