I am recreating some battles of Jade falcon invasion period

Besides the JF sourcebook, where else can I find information about this period and place?

Jade Falcon Sourcebook p. 22-23 - The Barony of Strang - Jade Falcon invasion showed the Barony forces' name and that it also consisted of Combat Vehicles and Aerospace fighter forces.

The Periphery (1988) p. 127 - 'Mech strength listed as well as Aerospace Support units.

20 Year Update only mentions the planet's military. Von Strang's Guards - Exp: Veteran - Loyalty: Questionable

The Periphery, 1st ed. on pg 127 has an overview of the world pre-Clan Invasion. It's about 25 years earlier, but the planetary info wouldn't be much different.

Besides that, all of the sources listed on Sarna cover other time periods.

It seems that Amaris city was very fortified and protected by a Battalion of mechs plus tanks and infantry (JF sourcebook says it is a regiment).

I suppose the mechs should not be latest models but were probably in good conditions and had some veteran and elite pilots in at least one company (von Strang's World was known by its healthy from diamond mining)

It is not clear to me what is the size of the force used by the Jade Falcons, but it seems that the Jade Falcon Keshik commanded by the Senior Khan Elias Crichell was responsible for the operation

In total, he had 3 Trinaries for 45 mechs at his disposal plus 1 Trinary of Battlearmor (60 Elementals).

In addition, One Trinary of aerospace fighters plus one Jumpship and 3 Dropships.

It seeams that they should have used their entire forces. Probably the BV2 balance is about 3xJF to one of the defenders.

I will consider that they have one Mech Battalion, one Armored Battalion with tanks and vtols and one Urban Defense Battalion consisting of infantry with field guns and some vehicles.

As it mentions that the city was fortified and protected by gun emplacements and gun turrets, I believe it will be a tough job for the Jade Falcon at actual tabletop

Just discovered that the Jade Falcons modified their mechs to fire Arrow IVs to destroy von Strang stronghold.

Is this reported in any novel?

Not that I remember, I think that was in the Jade Falcon Sourcebook, or the TRO 3060 with the Huitzilopochtli.
