Unit Scale
« on: 07 February 2018, 09:39:29 »
Is there an effort to produce official mech and vehicle dimensions? This would go a long way to correcting miniature scale issues, which have been a complaint for a very long time. Even the Alpha Strike plastic mechs suffer from scaling problems and the most egregious one so far is the plastic Stalker which measures the same height as the Jenner.

Thanks for any consideration on this.

No.
That said, IWM has an internal scale chart that has been in use for over a decade. I’m not claiming that the end results stick to the chart, but such a thing already exists. Likewise, when designing the upcoming plastics we were careful to use that chart and existing miniatures to get the sense of scale just right.
