How did CWiE lose the Dire Wolf ??

The title says it all. How did it happen?? Sovetskii Soyuz class cruiser Dire Wolf

Dire Wolf is the flagship of the regular Clan Wolf, as of 3079; the Exiles never had it as far as I know.

If I had to take a guess, I'd say it was probably similar to ground units. Warden minded warship crews followed Phelan into exile while Crusader minded crews (and their warships) stayed behind. So your probably looking at a majority crusader crew who threw their lot in with Vlad. Personally I'm just glad the ship managed to survive the jihad unlike the poor Werewolf.

Fairly certain this is the case. the Exiles had/ve better anyway, the McKenna Class Werewolf I believe it was.

The Werewolf was destroyed at Chara in 3077, during Operation SCOUR.

The Dire Wolf was Ulrics Flagship during the Refusal War I believe so it was absorbed by the Jade Falcons when they absorbed the Wolves. So it wouldn't have been available to Phelan when he had left the Occupation Zone.

The Dire Wolf was just left out of Field Manual: Updates by mistake.

I think when Albatross found that problem and asked about it he was told it was offline in the Homeworlds being refit for why it was not in FMU, lol.

Yep, by the Steel Vipers. The Wolves didn't get to watch. And somehow, it's new weaponry had similarities with another, newer Steel Viper vessel that appeared later...
