The BV rules state if your unit ammo BV is higher than the weapon that the ammo goes to then the ammo BV is lowered to be equal to that weapon. By extension all homing and semi-guided ammo BV is multiplied by the amount of TAG and Light TAG fielded , since that ton of ammo can be only fired once should the amount paid for it be capped at the same place as Excess Ammo by effectively applying the BV of the weapon should an excess of TAG be present ? Rough guess would be 5 or 6 TAG per ton before it becomes an issue. Rare occurrence but would make writing up a scenario with the lone artillery or semi-guided LRM or mech mortar gun emplacement be more representative of the true value
