Hoping not to get beat down for asking this, but..
I thought I had seen a thing that CLAN omnimechs could not have lower/hand actuators, but what of IS omnimechs? Does that rule apply universally?
Again, JUST looking for a clarification since I can't rediscover where I'd seen that. NOT looking to dispute anything or rule, and thus get a punitive warning.
