Be it Known that the Black Dragoons are a Proscribed Mercenary Free Company, no MBC Accredited Agent shall negotiate with or on their behalf or face immediate suspension with extreme prodigious of their MBC Accreditation with a full disciplinary and disaccreditation hearing pending, other disciplinary measures will be taken at time of suspension. Mercenary Free Companies Sub-Contracting Work to the Black Dragoons shall immediately have their MBC status suspended pending a hearing of a full MBC board, in the interim other disciplinary actions and sanctions shall be levied and not subject to appeal until the MBC hearing. Freelance Mercenaries Sub-Contracting Work from the Black Dragoons shall immediately have their MBC status suspended pending a hearing of a full MBC board, in the interim other disciplinary actions and sanctions shall be levied and not subject to appeal until the MBC hearing. Employers contracting work to the Black Dragoons shall face immediate sanctions depending on their ratting.

Grounds: Capitan Aya Black presumed owner and confirmed field commander of the Black Dragoons has recreantly bean pardoned of various crimes in the Lyaran Commonwealth but has outstanding warrants for her arrest issued by Free Worlds League courts for crimes including but not limited to, Assault (Multiple Counts), Affray (Multiple Counts), Armed Assault (Multiple Counts), Assault with a Vehicle (Multiple Counts), Contravention of the Offensive Items Act (Multiple Counts), Contravention of the Firearms Act (Multiple Counts), Contravention of the Combat Vehicles Act (Multiple Counts), Murder (Multiple Counts), Manslaughter (Multiple Counts), Grand Theft (Multiple Counts), Piracy (Three Counts), Smuggling (three Counts), Trafficking in Controlled Substances (Three Counts) and Wire Fraud (Multiple Counts). She is also a person if interest to Comstar in regards to inquires regarding Piracy and Wire Fraud. Capitan Black is believed to be affiliated with the Black Warriors.

other members of her Company have outstanding warrants for their arrest for various serious crimes often in multiple states and on several worlds both in the Inner Sphere and near Periphery.

Note: Comstar and the MBC dose not have or hold in escrow any outstanding bounty's on Capitan Black or to their knowledge any of her company, but other Authorities and private concerns do.

Current Contract: we are presentably fighting in a World War. At the moment it's a three way between the "Central Powers Union" (CPU) an alliance of nominally politically centralist or moderate nations. the "Alliance of Right Nations" (ARN) basically a bunch of far right and fascist countries and the Peoples Republics Collective (PRC) who are communists. there are also a hand full of neutral nations most of whom have formed the Non-Aligned States Defensive Pact (NAS DP).

We where hired by an on world noble who is looking to officially remain neutral to shore up the the combined Central Powers armies, who for the most part are the best equipped, lead and trained, but would be squashed in months by either the Rights or the Republics. thankfully the ARN and PRC are focusing on each other and see the CPU as "the Other Enemy".

the CPU collectively has about a regiment of armed Industrial Mechs with regular grade pilots and could conscript about an other Regiment with Green (+) pilots if they wanted to cripple their economies for years to come (decades if they took heavy losses), about a regiment of modern Armour and a regiment of modern Mechanised Infantry both at regular to veteran ability, three regiments of mid 20th century tech Armour and an other three regiments of mid 20th century regular Infantry again regular to veteran ability, they have about six regiments of raw recruits and called up reservists. they collective have a token pre-jet age air-force perhaps two wings strong

the ARN has a reinforced regiment of armed industrial mechs, about a reinforced battalion of modern armour, six regiments of mid 20th century armour and twice that in mid 20th century Infantry about a third of that is mechanised. the ARN has the strongest air force at two strategic bomber wings, three fighter-bomber wings and three fighter wings all pre-jet age. some elements of the ARN have bean using chemical weapons since the start of the war despite protests from some of their less extreme members. The ARN forces are largely regular troop grade with notable amounts of Veterans.

the PRC has a regiment of armed industrial mechs at the start of the war that included three light battlmechs, most pilots fall somewhere between green and regular, they have about six regiments of mid 20th century armour half with career regulars and the other half green conscript crews. The twenty regiments of infantry is almost entirely foot mobile half are regulars the other half are green conscripts. the PRC has two wings of fighter-bombers, four wings of fighters all pre jet age and a wing of bomber zeppelins. the PRC has Rocket Plane and Atomic Weapons programs (or had before we smashed them).


So far our major missions have bean a suborbital drop on to a ARN mech company, a raid of the PRC Battlemech base where we salvaged a pair of Stingers but their Urbanmechs where able to retreat in to the protection of reinforcing armour, that fight cost us our Wasp and we almost lost Igor. we've also blown up a major ARN chemical weapons deport and raided the PRC Atomic Weapons labs, when we did that most of the staff defected to the CPU.

unrelated to the war we've bean attacked by FWL bounty hunters we took down their Stinger and a Hermes but only chased off an Icarus and a P-Hawk, we almost lost Igor again and our Whitworth deserted after that battle. from our Wasp and the three Stingers we've bean able to Frankenstein together a Stinger, none of the CPU nations has the hard currency and/or trade goods to buy it, so we are going to offer it to the guy who hired us, and we need to sell it because despite the good salvage rights the bounty hunter attack and the Whitworths desertion means we are now losing money on this contract and need to sell it to get back in the black.

Igor gets shot up every mission because it's 6/9/6 and is used for Recon, Striker, Flanker and Pursuit duties apart from when we stick a LRM5 on him his max reach is 12 hexs, but twice we have had to salvage and rebuild Igor. ATM he's working with an engine bypass and a missing hand accuator
