BattleTech Game Errata / Re: Record Sheets: 3067 Unabridged
« Last post by paladin2019 on Today at 17:51:51 »
This might not the place to post this, but Record Sheets 3067 is the original source for an error in ForcePack record sheet downloads.

 * VERSION: ForcePack Record Sheets Wave Two, downloaded 11 March 2023
    * THE ERROR: The Hellion Prime sheet omits the hand actuator on the right arm.
    * THE CORRECTION: Edit ForcePack sheet to add the hand actuator back in to match the art and mini and the original record sheet from Record Sheets 3067. If this error is also in Record Sheets 3067 Unabridged, correct that, too.

The Hellion's original, 2002, record sheet from Record Sheets 3067 has both hands in the Prime configuration. The current mini and art also depicts this. But the ForcePacks record sheet for the Prime omits the hand actuator on the right arm. There is no space requirement for omitting the actuators on only one arm, so change the sheet to match the art and mini.

I have figure out how to insert these pictures into the book.

I've been periodically tweaking my copies here. But it will be some time before I have a final copy to give you.

Despite being an early fan I think that hatchets are a waste of tonnage. You could easily add a ppc  or just a third snubbie, for more power on the way to hand to hand,
It will still be 2-19 point punches, or a 38 point kick

i hate when games are amazing but spawn a billion inferior imitators that flood my steam store queue. stop showing me rogue-like deck builders. i already played the best one.

I remember playing Crying Suns and it was... okay. I liked the atmosphere and art for sure, but the tactical combat and events* certainly had me missing FTL.

*Crying Suns had an insufficiently deep amount of events available that they almost always began to repeat. And the push-your-luck risk element was gone too because the events had preset resolutions instead of being probability based. Ie, this character would always betray you, and that faction was always trustworthy, etc.

General BattleTech Discussion / Re: Most Iconic Mech

The Battlemaster is on alot of Art .

It is.  Know what else spent a lot of time on the art, in fact, was the default silhouette on the 'Mech record sheet, making it an Iconic 'Mech we didn't even know the name of?  The VP-* Viper 'Mech series.

I believe you forget to list the Ammo Per Ton!
