0.44.0 Megamek Slack Tournament / Quick Games

Next tournament is intro tech (3019) mixed weight LMMH (light-med-med-heavy).  Just come into #findagame on the MegaMek slack, pick a prebuilt faction, and no commitment is required.  Princess can play as you if your unavailable that day.



Added mixed weight and I.S. vs Clan tournaments with updated unit type ratios.



Minor changes to the map generator settings (realized that the extreme temps would kill infantry so can't do that)



And updated the leaderboard format for the new tournament types.

Im going to add a new rule, 2/3 is the max piloting skill for all units when trying to remain at or below the max BV for that unit type
since light aero can be fighters up to 50 tons well, if you get a 20 ton fighter then you can have that pilot be a 0/1 and still come in below the BV limit and i think that is bullshit
so max of 2/3 will also hopefully limit the clans advantage as well since their bv for just mechs it seems is with a 3/4 pilot by default.

No time commitment players and drop in and out as they like and switch factions all they like.  Mainly just testing this to get the forces balanced (as much as they can be in Battletech, aero always dominates) and that everything works and makes sense.

Standard tech yr 3067 medium weight class tournament tomorrow at around 7:30pm CST.  This should be a lot more balanced with 2/3 or 3/2 max pilot skills and only the last "unit" being an other than mech type for mixed forces.  All aero forces were dominating while all tank, vtol, BA, or infantry forces didnt stand a chance so, this should be a lot more even and fair.
