Campaign Ops has rules for using AToW skill ratings for calculating Unit rating, particularly Leadership, Tactics, Negotiation, and Strategy (Campaign Ops p34). Would you use the same numbers for MW: Destiny characters, or a different numbers (skill ranks vs total modifier)?
