Ral Partha range compared to IWM

Sorry if it has been posted elsewhere (I genuinely couldn't find an answer or topic).

How quickly/often do Ral Partha get access to the latest IWM sculpts? I've noticed a few really lovely looking models on IWM, but they are not available to RP.

Ral Partha has no moulds for what they don't have in shop on their site. If they want newer things then they must buy them from IWM and lastly I know they are currently unable due lack of spare money for such endeavour (they would have to buy a lot of for reasonable stock reserve).
