Cluster Bomb - punch hit location or normal to hit chart

Just wondering if the cluster bomb uses the punch hit chart or the normal battlemech damage chart.

Normal. The benefit of the cluster bomb is the increased blast radius, not any hit chart effects.

Although artillery cluster ammunition and mech mortar airburst ammunition does, but that's not related with 'Aerospace' Combat. And those ammunitions does says that it does on its rules.

That is correct. Cluster artillery and cluster bombs are very different things with different rules.
