;D My wife and I have that agreement in reverse, in that books default to zero cost for the purpose of "fiscal responsibility". That includes PoD BattleTech books.

I like the new Chaos Campaign. Interesting tidbit: in a departure from the usual, a player's starting forces default to 3/4 pilots.

it's also a nice refresh of the chaos campaign rules that have been around since 2008. the book is a good intro to both the turning points format and campaign ops

Paul did an amazing job maintaining the flavor of the Chaos Campaign system while stripping it down to be compliant with just the new boxes. Kudos!

That's some Dropships and Jumpships art in the Succession Wars Chaos Campaign thing.

The Planetary Assault min-campaign really reminds me of the old Renegade Legion: Centurion Operational Game.

Hmmm...switch to BV balancing instead of tonnage, give the Attacker Clan tech, remove the restriction on Defender outnumbering Attacker...that might be everything we need to use this as a Clan Invasion campaign... :)
