Why isn't the Nova CEWS available to Protomechs?
ProtoMechs can mount mech-scale electronics (such as ECM, AP and even Watchdog) and have fusion engines. So there seems to be no reason why this option was excluded, the only thing that I can imagine that there was a misinterpretation for the requirement for fusion engines (forgetting that ProtoMechs also use fusion engines).
