I was wondering about the books, Do Onto Other, Freehold, The Weapon, and Contact with Chaos by Michael Z Williamson, are they all part of series or are they stand alone books?

I know for a fact that Weapon and Freehold are connected. The others? Haven't read.

Freehold and The Weapon are set into the same conflict. Do Unto Others and Better To Beg Forgivness are set into the same universe but not in the same timeframe (before the events from Freehold IIRC). I think Contact with Chaos is also set in this universe.
