Going for BattleTech-y and simple:
4/6 tracked chassis, ICE engine. Turret-mounted AC/5, SRM-6, a pair of MGs, and a TAG (that device with glass front could be a targeting thing). Add CASE and use left-over tonnage for ferro-fibrous armor.
Not exactly a MBT but works as a light tank in BattleTech well enough, better in combined arms systems.

Realistically the "SRM-6" should be a Vehicular Grenade Launcher, maybe even two of them.

That’s the Iranian Tank right? If so it’s a Franken tank. Half M-60 have T-62/72 (depending on which hull they scavenged from that week). So yeah it will have a 105 or 125mm guns. I don’t know what the BTech conversion is.  So possibly AC15mor 20 and 2 Light MG’s. You could give it the SRM 6 but those are smoke grenade dischargers so something like a A-Pod or vehicle grenade launcher would work.

I'd just call it a Scorpion tank and call it done.  The smoke dispenser is below CBT's level of granularity and the small arms mounts are easy enough to translate as a variant MG from the officially licensed specs.
