Title: (Answered) Light/Heavy Cargo Platform

These are listed on pg 42 in the Cargo Transport Table, but aren't defined anywhere except for one example with refuelling drogues. What are they?

Page 41 says "Most starports are equipped with cargo platforms incorporating cranes and conveyor belts that significantly speed up loading and unloading."

It is up to the GM or players involved to agree on whether a cargo platform is light or heavy; there is no formal definition.  A clarifying note to this effect will be added.
