Main part of the hill will be 4 levels off the ground with two places 3 jumping mechs can go to reach that point. Then one level up until you get to the split crown, trying to cut down on camper partial. The left fork was left intentionally flat so that terrain can be stacked on it to adjust the layout and keep it semi-random.
Next stage will be to paint over the base for some pattern as well as dry-brushing edges with lighter greens or even a brown for rock. Then flock- grass and gravel in places while replacing the hex corner stars. Finally I will put some of the trees I want on the main part of the hill- a few that are permanent but not enough it could not represent a wind swept hill where trees struggle to root.
