(Answered) Tractors pushing AND pulling a trailer

Is it possible to push and pull a combat vehicle trailer with two hitches by two tractors (one attached to the front, the other to the rear). The rules say nothing about this case in Total Warfare or Tactical Operations. "Push" tractors are mentioned (alongside the traditional "pull" tractors) in Tech Manual (Combat Vehicle Construction).
Examples pushing and pulling tractors at the same trailer have been seen in reality for heavy transports.

While TM may mention them, push tractors are currently not permitted, due to a lack of rules coverage.
