Anyone else looked at how good these things might be for a group of mech pods? (Admittedly at 20 dollars a pop, they aren't cheap by any stretch of the imagination..)

Last time I wandered over to the toy section at the local Target (Admittedly like 3 months ago) they were 20 a pop. Still 10 bucks for a pod. Not bad I guess.

My suggestion for those on the cheap.

Take a coffee cup from starbucks (lid still on) and add some carboard fins.

Prime Black, use a silver paint to add details, and BOOM!

Captain is hilariously easy to set off, like a walking barrel of gunpowder within a self contained field of destructium and a great big button on his forehead that says "Push me for fireworks".
