Dunno, Jump capacility combined with the inaccuracy of the HML?

My suggestion would be either
1) to replace the HML by a ERML and invest the kg gained for mor armor
or
2) increease the speed to 8/12, drop the jump jets and use the net gain of 200 kg for another 4 armor points.
