I'm sorry to hear that we'll be losing him.  What did he look like?  I'm trying to connect his name to his face.

Good luck to Mr. Fox.  Mike and Chuck are both excellent gents and they shall continue to represent the brand well.  And if see them after shift in a game room.  Rule #1, don't challenge Chuck to a game of X-Wing  ;)

While I'm sad to hear that Jim will be moving on to other opportunities, I know that we'll be in good hands with the BVT boys.  They're stand-up folks.

Never been to a US con, but I've never had anything but the best experience with the gents at BV Traders. Mike and Chuck, I wish you well in this new excuse to travel to gaming cons! O0

Jim was the older guy of the group if you would be at GenCon, or the only one for the most part at the other shows he did.

Big thanks and good luck to Mr. Fox for all his years of representing IWM at the conventions. Mike and Chuck and the rest of the BVtraders crew are great choices.

So, aloha to Jim and welcome aboard to Mike and Chuck.
Technically, that would be "Aloha to Jim and Aloha to Mike and Chuck."  :D

As far as "losing" Mr. Fox, all I can say is, "Well, Kuso!"  :(

I've enjoyed working with Mr. Fox since GC 2012, in my efforts to help myself and others get their "IWM Gen Con Crack".  He was ALWAYS a pleasure to work with, and his Customer Service is second to none.  [cheers]  I wish him well in his future endeavors, and I'll miss bugging him at GC like I do Chuck, Marc, Mike and the rest.   O0

(Here's a pic of Mr. Fox from Gen Con 2014.)

Good luck to Mr. Fox in his future endeavors.

For those wanting to hear a bit more about Jim, I did a brief interview with him back in 2009.
