To be honest, it is the only one that I know of. It is for SR5e, and it is still being supported.

There have been a few other projects out there (including my own crude spreadsheet).  If they're the best you know, no worries for bringing them into the conversation.  :thumbsup:

I've used chummer for 5e and I think either 4e or 3e Shadowrun (can't remember where you can find the versions for older Shadowrun editions). They even included life module character creation in 5e even though it's not the primary character creation method for that edition. It's a really nice character creator, as easy to use as the MegaMekLab is for Total Warfare. If they can make a character builder for AtoW, I'm all for it.
