Ok, figure work is underway on both 'mechs by 1300 on the 31st. The Marauder's total time to repair is 475 minutes (even with the Cockpit repairs). The Panther takes 1,710 minutes (that x3 multiplier for a Class B refit is a killer). Warrant Cushman is personally leading the Marauder work, and Sam Horn is leading the Panther project.
Day 1 (~half a day)
Marauder: All non-Head armor, Head Internal Structure, Sensor repairs done
Panther: SRM-4 and Ammo Bin removed
All the dice were friendly on the first day, with no partial repairs or expense of EDG.
Day 2 (full day)
Marauder: Cockpit repair, Head armor done (and complete)
Panther: Heat sink and Medium Lasers installed
All the dice were (amazingly) friendly on the second day too!
The PCs can check in with anyone they like at the OLF while the work is going on (the techs mostly just want their MechWarriors OUT OF THE WAY).
The Major's plan is to return to the bivouac at the end of the second day. Sweep will have all the time he needs to set up security protocols on the old Major's Marauder (don't forget it's a Marik model: 2 Large Lasers, 1 AC/5, 2 Medium Lasers, 20 Heat Sinks). The old Major had also tweaked the armor slightly, moving two points from each arm to the legs (which I'm fluffing as a consequence of Large Lasers being shorter than PPCs).
