(Answered) LAM using TAG BOMB in Airmech mode

Some LAMs can carry bombs - BOMBx.

TAG (pp.147) is a special bomb munition that allows you to TAG as part of a separate air to ground attack.

In Classic (Alternate Eras pp104) LAMs can use items in bomb bays iaw TO:AR pp106 in the same way as VTOLs with external stores - making bombing attacks.

In Alpha Strike, does a LAM that chooses a TAG BOMB gain the TAG special in Airmech mode / can it make a TAG attack while in Airmech mode?

AirMechs cannot use bombs, including the TAG bomb.  A LAM can only use the TAG bomb while in aerospace fighter mode.
