(Answered) Surface to Orbit Fire from Underwater

In Strategic Operations on page 97 the Surface to Orbit fire rules state that "Only a missile weapon may be launched from under water." even though Tactical Operations: Advanced Units and Equipment table on page 230 has a specific mention of affects on Naval (Capital) Lasers, Naval (Capital) PPCs and Sub-Capital Lasers while being fired from submerged positions.

Replace

with

Only missile or energy weapons may be fired from under water.

Add at the end of the bullet point.

Capital-scale energy weapons suffer no range effects when fired while submerged, but do receive a +1 to-hit modifier for every 12 depths below the surface that they are fired from per Tactical Operations Advanced_Units & Equipment pg 230
