Any chance of Tech Manual being released?
« on: 30 September 2024, 09:19:28 »
Any chance of Tech Manual being released? I've started the game 4 months ago and it was a proper pain to track down all the books I wanted. One crucial piece is missing though, and it has been missing for 4 months. During all of that time, the catalyst website offered it digital only - it's sold out everywhere in physical format. Been like that for months. I'm in the EU by the way. Is there any indication if and when Tech Manual is released again?

There's almost always a lag time between running out of stock on a rulebook, and a new print of it arriving on shelves.  TechManual has not been discontinued.

But when will it be printed again? It's not like people need it more then Total War, yet I can get Total War (or any of the other books) quite easily here in the EU. Tech Manual and BattleMech manual are sold out everywhere all of the time. I want to know what makes these two so special. I can understand BMM outselling any of the other books... but not TechManual. Were there simply less units printed or something?

Not a single webshop in the EU has had a copy of Tech Manual in FOUR MONTHS.

It's the ONE book upon which most rules from others books I own (and had far less issues tracking down) hinge upon. Is there really no clear cut answer as to why TM is not sold in the EU for 1/3 of a year? There must be some reason for it!
