Looking for a rule's clarification on Overrun Combat/Combat Intuition that is causing some grumbling within my group.  The question is whether or not a unit being attacked during an Overrun Combat/Combat Intuition is granted it's TMM.
One half of my group is arguing that a unit being attacked should get it's TMM since the "pause" between rounds doesn't mean that all the mechs suddenly stood still, and that they are still in motion from the previous turn.
The other half of the group is arguing that the way both Overrun Combat/Combat Intuition are worded that a target of those attacks hasn't had a chance to "move" in the movement phase means that it does not get a TMM.

TMM is a stat on the card.  That's the TMM unless there's a rule stating otherwise.  Selecting a movement mode can alter the TMM, but before then the unit has it's unmodified TMM.
