Hello!
I am a new BattleTech player and I wanted to try and develop a web app that is like MegaMek for BattleTech Alpha Strike instead of BattleTech Classic. Before doing so I wanted to ask if that was something a fan is allowed to do or if that needs to be licensed out?
(It would be a completely free website that just has a list of mechs and maps with tokens you can move around. It would have no paid content nor would it have any of the BattleTech rules books posted)
