So, since the 15th does not have any notated Support I have to create one using the rules in the Mercenary Handbook. Looking at a Support Battalion with Armor, ASF, and Infantry Companies/Squadron. Also attaching an Artillery element and a Command Lance. Using the exact same Allies/Enemy as the 15th Dracons with an average rating of Regular. This makes my total of CPs used as 9/12. That means I have three left for other additions changes later. Below is what I have in mind.
HQ Lance: Mobile HQ, Partisan, 2x Demolishers or Schreks. Maybe Von Luckners
Artillery Lance: 3x Thumpers and a Hi-Scout Drone Carrier w/Drones

-undecided. I am thinking of having 2x Warrior Helicopters as Support, grounds pounders in tracked APCs, and maybe a pair of Galleons as Infantry Support.

Well you could do some Artillery, but I think you have a hole in your unit. It is good to hold a line, but can't herd/hunt.
I'd think about a hover lance that can also spot for those LRMs. Some options would be the fulcrum, saladin, scimitar, saracen
Fast hovers to get back shots, scout, and herd into your heavy forces, plus indirect LRM fire awesomeness (when your infantry can't do it)

Sounds good, maybe a Striker Lance then, made up of hovers that can strike ornapot. I have plenty of those hovers, just need to pick and choose.

:( MUL has the Maultier not available during Late Secession War. I like it though and would jump on that suggestion if I could! Heavy Hover APCs for now, but using the Laser Jump Infantry!
