Where does the Tikonov Free Republic fall in Stage 0

There is no Sarna March to the Fed Suns section and i doubt it falls under independents (General) so what in Stage 0 does the Sarna March/Tikonov Free Republic fall under. I have a character who's home planet is supposed to be Hall and since i don't have those options, i'm kinda at a loss?

I believe hall is actually in marik space

its the north west are , basically a lot of the terra wards portion of CC that got taken over in the war of the 3039?  basically the warrior trilogy era

It started off Cappellan and was one of the worlds that became part of the TFR after the 4th SW followed by becoming part of the Sarna Marche then a Marik/Protectorate world during the Jihad

The Sarna March is provided in Era Report 3052: Federated Commonwealth (pg. 159), Era Report 3062: Federated Commonwealth (prior to 3057) (pg. 153), and Era Report 3145: Capellan Confederations as the Sarna Commonality (pg. 184)

The TFR didn't last long enough to make an impact on character development. A character growing up there would have a CapCon background/education.

they only got their first 10 years there before the 18th Marik came in with mercenaries and killed the characters parents. Dragoons adopted two of them afterwards

Thank you Frabby, any suggestions as to what district/subclass to pull from?

Edit: The Tikonov Commonality, which is the sector that Hall would be in for the Cappies isn't in ATOW, like the Sarna March isn't for the FedSuns. The only map that shows Hall being anywhere else has it pre-star league as Terran Hegemony and the closest thing it has otherwise is Marik Commonwealth so WTF
