Aerie PA(L) unit organization

Are the Aerie organized as elemental or infantry units?
Meaning are there 5 or 25 to a point?

They take damage like battle armor so they're in battle armor squads/points (4-6 armors each).

If you want to simulate 28-trooper lances, you'll need to keep 5 to 7 PA(L) squads close together.
