I can understand dumping the gunz but if you can't think of a way to improve mechs with clan missile systems your doing something wrong.

Oh, I can, trust me I can.

But I'm assuming this small salvage is from a Merc unit & you said the cost of ammo conversion is 5x the normal price.

Yeah, no thanks, better to dump that off on the House Units w/ the National Funding Bankroll.

With the ERLLs and both LRM15s used, you could make a nasty Centurion upgrade.

The Centurion is a little light for my tastes, and slow to boot for a mid range medium.
Still that is one effective design, though I do question the Artemis IV on only a 10 rack. 
Might drop that for another sphereoid medium laser or even a small pulse to give it some anti infantry capability. 

I do however love the crit padding in the right torso to protect the ammo, well done.

There are 3 Artemis in the stockpile & only 3 LRM launchers,  it kind of makes sense.
Though, I probably would only use 1/2ish of each stock pile of an item & save the rest for repairs when someone destroys half the mech.
