Quick question.   For the Dark Age TROs can anyone give me a quick breakdown of what's in the different TROs?  Does 3145+3150 cover everything that the Faction Specific TROs cover?  Or should I be looking at grabbing reach of the Faction TROs to get everything?

Thanks

Both cover the faction specifics, but you can check that with https://www.sarna.net/wiki/Main_Page.

At the bottom both have links to the faction specific.

i seem to remember something about some of the fluff text varying in places between the faction pdfs and the print volumes (there was a lot of yelling surrounding how 3145 was rolled out and i think this was part of it)

It was 3150 that updated the fluff text IIRC, since they dropped hints of post Bonfire/FM3145 events.

Ah that sounds familiar. I couldn’t remember if it was one or both

Is there a name in psychology for the thing where something sits in plain sight for so long that it becomes invisible?

Eh, I don't blame people for not checking the errata section for this info.  But it was the best place I could put it out of the areas I had access to (i.e. ones I could rely on being able to sticky and edit and such).

The notable pilots are different in the 8 faction volumes vs. the collected 3145/3150 versions.
I have spoken.

It’s more self-directed I’ve read that more than once   :))

I'd like to say, i loved the Faction specific ones since they came with record sheets units and their variants as well.
