Recommendations for a lower torso/legs for an old Howler?
« on: 20 November 2023, 00:09:31 »
I picked up set of mech's second hand and with the group came the top half of an old Howler.  Would anyone have any thoughts on what would be some good parts out of the scrap yard for a lower torso/legs might fit this model?  Image attached.

The Ocelot is the right weight class, but looks like they may be a little small (just going off pictures)
The Fenris also look like a possibility.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

*Edit, update image so its not giant

Maybe Lupus, Hellfire or Beowulf legs.

Maybe Lupus, Hellfire or Beowulf legs.

Lupus ... maybe, the other choices are way too tall. Problem is the old sculpt Baboon is really tiny AND a chicken walker. There are not many light mechs with chicken walker legs and even less in the Baboons size.
Mercury? Mongoose? Ignoring the chicken walker maybe Fireball (which might be a bit problematic as i remember it not coming with a separat hip piece...).
