Problem Obtaining the Iron Winds Metals Agent Discount

I'm agent #967 and am trying to get the Iron Winds Metals Agent Discount. However, when I filled out the form (https://ironwindmetals.com/index.php/support), the website thought I was spam. Webmaster has now forbidden my access to the site; I don't even know what that means--please help.

I need more minis for my YouTube series on how to play BattleTech.

I get this error when I fill out the form:

Error
A sequence has been detected that could mean a hacker attack. Your request cannot be processed.
