I think the chart is off a bit because there is no 1 - 6 on the 'Mech part.

They only have six 'Mechs, so those are their loadout. It seemed a bit pointless to toss in a real RAT for the group, but the listing does show the mix of Generic and Marik designs with some salvage of older Blakist material they could expect to have.

It's great stuff. The only quibble I have is a misspelling on the RAT for hover vehicles: The 1 listing says 'Regular' when it should say 'Regulator'.
