Yeah, we got that one. :)

I would welcome a JTP: Arcturus, though. Or at least some info about this fight that supposedly involved so many famous units...

So many ship classes with NO names, and they keep going back to that one? We have BATTLESHIPS with no known ships! I hope they're keeping track of how many Aegii they name, because it is one of the few classes where the total production is known. It'd suck to end up with more names than actual hulls...

...ah, well. It's Aero, I'll get it anyway...

How do the numbers match up with Aegii anyway?  Are there that many left to name, one thing I was a little disappointed with Liberation of Terra II lots of names few classes.  Nice aero picks though

I'm always open to suggestions or additions to be incorporated so if you feel you wish to add something feel free. There's non-canon units, equipment, people, events, erm... how much of the equipment stock pile did the WoB take form New Dallas anyway?

Nothing worth mentioning. The Royal goodies—rather what was left of them—were rusting radioactive pieces of junk by the Jihad. The "boneyard" bunker had salvageable equipment, but the surviving stuff was older than dirt. The one and only real prize left on New Dallas was the Hegemony core, and the DB beat feet with that particular gem.

Yes, I think the Battle of Arcturus has to be a turning point. It marked the first victory against the Word of Blake and represents a big turning point in the Jihad.

There is no more Devil's Brigade anymore. They joined up with the Republic and became part of the initial RAF.

...ah, well. It's Aero, I'll get it anyway...

Given the number of Aegis in the 3050s clan fleets and how many were taken out of mothballs for the SLDF, I wonder if they put the class back into production. No other ship class came out of the liberation with 40% of the produced hulls surviving! Most were 10%...

Sarna list of Aegis-class vessels has fifty with a few missing entries, that means there's only about 60 more to document before they run out of ones to name, unless production resumed at some point, and it maybe that the Aegis is simply the most produced WarShip class ever (There were a lot of them)

???  Erm... sorry, but incorrect.  Per TRO2750, total production of the Aegis came to 106 hulls (TRO3057R more-or-less backs this up - of the Aegis-class ships reactivated to fight in the Reunification War, 30 were retained for the SLDF and 70 were dispersed to the House fleets).  Contrariwise, both sourcebooks peg the Sovietskii Soyuz class at 400 hulls, though according to '57R only 'about forty' Soyuz-class survived the Coup to join the Exodus.

(What's more remarkable is that the Soyuz class were only ordered in 2735, and 400 ships were completed and in service by the Amaris Coup in 2766!  :o)

The individual Aegis-class WarShips category on Sarna has 50 ships listed, with another 5 listed on the Aegis page that are still waiting for articles to be written on them - I'm working through the sourcebooks as fast as I can, but it's taking a while - and none of the pages have been updated with ships from either ISP3 or Liberation of Terra Vol 2 yet because those books are too recent. If you know of any Aegis-class ships from other sourcebooks that aren't on the Sarna main article page yet, can you drop me a PM? I'll update the list and get an article written when I can.

In defense of Sarna, the people adding details on individual vessels are basically me with a handful added by others, and the decision to have individual articles on ships on the wiki was only made at the back end of December last year, and the site's already up to 555 individual WarShip articles, 89 JumpShips and 76 DropShips - I'd like there to be more, but my time's limited at the moment.

It's more interesting than optimal, and therefore better. O0 - Weirdo

Finally downloaded, I hope to play this one out with Devils Brigade.

The DB Catapult with C3i is a CPLT-K2 with standard PPCs right? Or does it have Heavy PPCs? So confused... :-\

I checked my notable pilots list and see that a Geoff Tilson of the Devil's Brigade pilots the upgraded CPLT-K4. Where did I get that?

CPLT-K4 makes sense because you can swap the medium lasers and C3 slave for the C3i.

TR3050U notable mechwarrior entry.  though it says he recently upgraded to a K4, not that he upgraded a K4.

So... If Tilson upgraded to a K4 recently, he was probably driving a C3i modified K2 on New Dallas?

TR3050U is set in 3071.  When were they on New Dallas?

My assumption would be his K4 was slightly different to use C3i.  And his Catapult had the c3i prior to being upgrade to a "K4" as well. But it's possible his doesn't have c3i at all.
